  • Donated as part of the Aidan O'Hara collection, this recording was made during September 1975. The conversation focuses on the songs and stories that Carrie Brennan remembers the older generation singing and telling, including accounts of the 1798 rising, the Sweetman fishing boats, and etymology of place names. Recordings were made on a portable Uher 200 Report IC reel-to-reel .
